Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place legs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 45 mins

note: due to variations in cuts net weight may be lower.
